FAQ

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If the jewelry is purchased from my in-stock collection it may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.  Shipping charges will not be refunded. Custom designed pieces, since they were made just for you, cannot be returned.

If, within the first 30 days of the ship date you are dissatisfied with the product, you may return your purchase in the original condition it was received for store credit or exchange.  If you wish to exchange the item please notify me of your request; I will

REPAIRS

Thank you for asking but I only do repairs on my own work.  I’m happy to recommended a bench jeweler depending on the repair you need completed.

Repairs on my jewelry can most definitely be completed by myself.  Please reach out prior to sending so that I’m aware that it is on its way.  Depending on the work needed there might be a small charge.

HOW DO I FIND MY RING SIZE?

The best way to ensure accurate sizing is to be measured by a local, reputable jeweler.

It helps to decide the width of the ring you like and go to the jewelry store and try on rings in that width.  Once you find the correct size, have that ring measured on the jewelers ring mandrel.

If you are ordering a wide ring (wider than 5mm) be measured with a wide ring sizer.

Please reach out if you have a sizing question.

I NEED MY ORDER QUICKLY! CAN YOU HELP?

Not in stock orders and custom designs have a 3-5 week turnaround, depending on current workload and casting timeframes.

If you are in a hurry, please get in contact and see if I can accommodate your request.

HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM ORDER TAKE?

Custom orders can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks.  If I can accommodate my schedule to make a rush custom order I will definitely try my best! I’m a one woman show and I am limited by the time in the day and shipments of materials.

CLEANING YOUR JEWELRY

Gold and stones use hot tap water, an old toothbrush and dawn dish soap. A polishing cloth and a toothbrush and dawn will clean your silver jewelry as well.  Don’t use any silver cleaners or silver paste. They are full of toxic chemicals and not safe for gemstones.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

Love it and wear it!  The more your silver jewelry sits in jewelry box the more they tarnish.  Remember to remove your jewelry when you’re doing heavy labor, working with chemicals or cleaning, or working out.

All surface treatments will change over time.  A matte finish will eventually turn shiny, high polished surfaces will in time turn matte.  To bring your jewelry back to a high poish, you can use a polishing cloth. To give your jewelry a matte finish, a very light buff with a green scotch bright (dishwashing) pad will do this for you.
