Meant to be worn all the time. Fits sleek to the wrist and clasps shut with a slide clasp on the back of the bracelet.
To figure out your size, measure your wrist with a string or fabric tape measure. If you measure it tight to your wrist add 1/2"-3/4" and that would be your size. If in doubt go slightly larger than you think, I can always size it down.
